At PN Flora, we are committed to delivering delight through thoughtfully curated flowers, cakes, and gifting solutions. Due to the perishable and personalized nature of many of our offerings, we request you to carefully review our cancellation and refund policy.
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations are not allowed for:
Courier and personalized products
Same-day or express delivery orders

“Cancellation Request”
Your email must include:
Order ID
Reason for cancellation
Refund account details (for offline payments)
Note: A cancellation fee of 5% to 20% may be deducted based on the product type and order processing stage.
We understand that expectations may vary. For non-perishable items, a 7-day return window from the date of delivery is applicable.
To be eligible for return, ensure:
The item is unused and in original packaging
All tags and accessories are intact
In case of transit damage to non-perishable items:
Please record a video while unboxing
Share it with our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
This helps us validate the claim and process your return efficiently.
Our flowers and cakes are fresh and handcrafted, and sometimes subject to seasonal or regional availability.
Actual design or arrangement may differ slightly while maintaining size and quality standards.
No refund will be issued for minor design variations.
For concerns related to damaged, incorrect, or substandard perishable items:
Please email us within 1 hour of delivery.
Include the following:
Order ID
Clear photographs of the product
Description of the issue
Claims received after 1 hour (for perishable items) will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
Incorrect or defective product delivered
Order not delivered
Valid order cancellation as per our policy
Refunds will NOT be applicable if:
Customer was unavailable during delivery
Incorrect or incomplete address provided
Customer refused to accept the order
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refund will be initiated via bank transfer after receiving complete bank details.
Processing time: 7–10 working days after verification.
Refund amount will not exceed the original payment value.
In the event of accidental overpayment, the excess amount may be used to enhance your order (e.g., upgraded bouquet or cake).
Note: Such excess payments are non-refundable.
