1. Service Coverage

We currently offer delivery services in selected areas across India. Availability may vary depending on the product type and recipient’s pin code.

2. Delivery Timings & Cut-offs

We offer multiple delivery options based on your convenience:

Orders placed after the cut-off times will be scheduled for delivery on the next available working day.

3. Delivery Conditions

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

• Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, strikes, or lockdowns

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

• Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the order

• Security restrictions in gated communities, offices, or institutions

If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

• Attempt delivery with a neighbor or security guard (if permitted)

• Contact the recipient to reschedule delivery where possible

Exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, especially during festivals, special occasions, or promotional periods, though we aim to deliver within the selected time window.

4. Redelivery Policy

If the first delivery attempt fails:

• No refund will be applicable for perishable items such as flowers and cakes.

• Customers must contact us within 4 hours of the failed attempt to arrange redelivery.

• Redelivery is subject to product condition and availability and may involve an additional delivery charge.

5. Substitution During Delivery

In rare situations where a specific product or component is unavailable due to seasonal or regional limitations, PN Flora may substitute the item with a similar product of equal or higher value.

Examples may include:

• Similar flower varieties

• Equivalent cake decoration or flavor

• Alternative packaging or wrapping

Such substitutions will always maintain the overall theme, quality, and value of the order.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, confirmation may be provided through:

• WhatsApp

• SMS

Customers are advised to provide a complete delivery address, nearby landmarks, and an active contact number to ensure smooth delivery coordination.

7. Delivery Limitations

PN Flora may not be able to guarantee delivery in the following situations:

• Remote or non-serviceable locations

• Natural disasters or force majeure events

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery details

8. International Shipping

Currently, PN Flora only delivers within India.
International shipping services are not available at this time.
