Orders placed after the cut-off times will be scheduled for delivery on the next available working day.
We strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the order
Security restrictions in gated communities, offices, or institutions
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
Attempt delivery with a neighbor or security guard (if permitted)
Contact the recipient to reschedule delivery where possible
Exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, especially during festivals, special occasions, or promotional periods, though we aim to deliver within the selected time window.
If the first delivery attempt fails:
No refund will be applicable for perishable items such as flowers and cakes.
Customers must contact us within 4 hours of the failed attempt to arrange redelivery.
Redelivery is subject to product condition and availability and may involve an additional delivery charge.

In rare situations where a specific product or component is unavailable due to seasonal or regional limitations, PN Flora may substitute the item with a similar product of equal or higher value.
Examples may include:

Alternative packaging or wrapping
Such substitutions will always maintain the overall theme, quality, and value of the order.
Upon successful delivery, confirmation may be provided through:
